Hello LCs!
Welcome back to organized spring training with the club. From many conversations, you have had some very enjoyable springs and are rested and ready to jump back into some team training. May and June is a great time to get out and enjoy some other sports, so we understand if you have scheduling conflicts. The important thing is getting out and accomplishing your training. Remember for sessions, always have water/sport drink, heart rate monitor, and bear spray if out on the trails.

Team Training:
Tuesday (5): 4:45-6:15 Road bike ride on the Legacy. Meet at Travel Alberta Centre. Dust off the bike and get it tuned up. We will have some great rides in Vernon, so this is a good chance to ensure your bike is operating well. If you don’t have a road bike, pump your mtn bike tires up to ~45psi and it will roll much easier on the pavement.
Wednesday (6): 4:45-6:15 Run and Strength. New strength program Meet at the team room.
