    Hello All,

    Great racing by all who entered the AB cup. Out TA athletes did awesome! 😆

    Monday we will Classic ski. Review some basic body position, and then reinforce this with a ski. MEET IN TEAM ROOM FOR WAXING. :mrgreen: Then go to biathlon stadium for a game.

    Thursday we will Skate ski. Practise some sprints to get ready for the first BCRR on sunday. Meet at biathlon stadium (no need to go to team room)

    Monday December 17th will be our last TA session until after Christmas. 😀
