FIRST OF ALL, A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE WHO DID THE COOKIE RACE.

I was so proud of you all, and especially the ones who did the 5km race. That is a long way for you to race, and you all did very well, but more importantly skied it smart. No one skied it too fast, but you paced yourselves very well. GOOD JOB! 🙂

The 3km Track Attackers were also very impressive. Well done 😆

Monday Skate Session.

Please meet at the biathlon stadium area for a game to start. Tonight we will do some technique, some fun play time in the terrain park, and a short time trial on part of the Rocky Mountain ski Challenge Course. to get you all primed up for the weekend.

Register for the race on zone 4. It is a great day, with a skate race in the morning, then a downhill race in the afternoon. Awards for both races!!

This is the CNSC race, so we are very much in need of volunteers to run the race. Please contact Sue Praught if you can spare some time on Saturday. praughts@shaw.ca
