    Please meet at LIONS PARK FOR 5:00.

    Dress appropriately, hat, mitts, water, SHORT SKI WALKING POLES (classic or same height as downhill ski poles), HEADLAMP.

    we will do 30 minutes at Lions Park, then make our way up to the Nordic Centre

    PICK UP AT THE NORDIC CENTRE – TRAINING ROOM #2 6:30

    GIRLS CHECK OUT THE FAST AND FEMALE “STICKY” REGISTRATION IS WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 15TH
