Hi everyone,
With this blast of cold windy rain/snow weather today we have decided to move the session to Lawrence Grassi gym. We will do some introductions and play some fun games.

Meet at LGMS at the gym at 5pm. We will run a one hour session from 5-6pm, wear shorts and tshirt, socks and indoor gym shoes. If you need to go by your school locker to get your shoes before coming into the gym please arrive a few minutes early. We will start right at 5pm sharp.
