OK- here we go… next 2 weeks! After these 2 harder training weeks we will rest a week and be into our race season! 😀
Tuesday (3): LC-TC-TW. 4:30-6:30pm. Z3-4 ski SK combo
Wednesday (4):
a.m.TW. 9-11am. Z1 SK or CL combo (your choice)
p.m.
TC. 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 SK or CL combo (your choice)
LC: With XC, please check XC forum
Thursday (5): LC-TC-TW. 4:30-6:40pm. Precision test (DRESS WARM!) and Aerobic Power intervals (max heart rate) ski striding (runners and classic poles please). There will be 2.5-3min HARD intervals. TW’s please arrive for a 4:00pm start!
Friday (6): TW. No shooting, go to LL and ski distance, on own.
Saturday (7): TW-TC-LC: 11:00am start. SK ski combo at NC. Come do your training with shooting.
Sunday (8): LC-TC-TW. Meet 8:30am at Cemetary. We’ll head to Lake Louise and do a skate time trial (2.0hrs total).
Tuesday (10): LC-TC-TW. 4:30-6:30pm
TW: Z1 SK combo
LC-TC: running warm-up combo and strength
Wednesday (11):
a.m. TW. 9-11am. Flex 10 test (precision) DRESS WARM + Aerobic power intervals, Ski striding
p.m. 4:30-6:30pm
TC: Flex 10 test (precision) DRESS WARM + Aerobic power intervals, Ski striding

a.m. TW. 9-11am. Ski strength combo DP and DA only. Skate ski’s, tall classic poles or short skate poles.

Friday-Sunday: LAKE LOUISE CAMP!!! 😀 😀 😀 😀
