Hope the camp finished off well! Glad I was able to join in for the run, it was a GREAT day with snow and sun! 😀
Week 1:
Tuesday (21): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 running combo and strength in gym.
Wednesday (22): 4:30-6:15pm @ team room. Z1 CL rollerski with speed and ski strength.
Thursday (23): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-3 Rski SK combo.
Week 2:
Tuesday (28): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 running combo and strength
Wednesday (29): 4:30-6:0pm. Uphill Rski TT. Bring and wear your heart rate monitor and safety vest.
Thursday (30): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 classic ski strength combo, lead by Bill.
Saturday (2): Z1 run/hike, lead by Roy. Details will be posted later.
