Hi Team:
I have attached your new strength plans in case you lose them. There is a plan for all T2’s, one for TC/TW guys and one for TC/TW girls. We will go over these tonight at practice (wednesday). Weight room strength will get easier since we are now in a maintenance phase that will take us through the racing season.
I am off for vacation tonight so here is the plan for next week as I will not be able to post it on the weekend.
Tuesday, Oct 28 (T2/TC/TW): Z1 SK combo with sprints
Wednesday a.m. (TW and TC with spare): Z1 CL combo
Wednesday p.m. (T2/TC/TW): Skate Time Trial with XC at NC (no shooting)
Thursday (T2/TC/TW): Z1 CL combo with ski strength (Lot’s of DA’s)
Friday (TW): Off day, no session
Saturday (T2/TC/TW): Z4 ski stride combo. Due to ski swap, start time is 12:30pm. Session will go till around 2:30pm.
