    If you’re not feeling 100%? Please stay home!
    With the air getting colder and cold and flu season upon us please do not come or send you child to training if they are not 100%. XC skiing and biathlon demand a lot from the respiratory and cardiovascular system so trying to ski with a sore throat or chest cold is not much fun. Best to rest up until they are 100% so the illness does not stick around for longer than it needs to.

    BUT ALSO, you help in not getting other people sick!
