Hi everyone,
Well winter is here! All snow guns are wide open at CNC so we will be skiing a longer loop before you know it.

That said we will not be skiing this week, we will let them get more snow down this week and cover all that dirt that can wreck everyone’s new skis. Next week we will be back on our skis for the rest of the winter.

Monday: Morning session. 10:30 – noon, meet at team room. We will do a photo scavenger hunt on foot. It will be COLD , with forecast for at least -12 overnight. Dress for the weather: toques and mitts plus a buff are a must (no buffs worn as headbands), long johns, ski socks, lots of layers and water. As long as you are dressed for it, it will be tons of fun! We will do the workout with the T1/T2s. I need two adults to help out, if you can help pls email me at rldelong@telus.net. PLEASE CHECK THE FORUM AFTER 9AM TOMORROW MORNING FOR ANY UPDATES given the weather forecast.

Thursday: Indoor games at LGMS. 5PM . 2004s will do one hour , pick up at 6pm and the 2003s and 2002s will do an extra goal-setting session until 6:30pm. Will do some team games like floor hockey for all you team sport fans.
