Hi Team,
It’s Lake Louise camp time. We have a great camp planned, please make sure you read all the camp info sent out so you are prepared.
Tuesday (15): 4:30am start running from team room. At 5:00pm we will meet in the gym to do flexibility testing, you will finish with a run. Finished by 6:15pm.
Wednesday (16): Z1-3 SK combo (race simulations in Z3). 4:30-6:30pm.
Thursday (17): Z1 classic combo. 4:30-6:00pm (shorter tonight)
Friday-Sunday (18-20): Lake Louise Camp!!! 😆 😆 😆
Check info and double check to make sure you have everything you need. Be prepared to be good role models and leaders for the younger athletes in the club.
**remember to bring your own bag lunch for Friday**
