It was a cold one last week but we braved it and got some solid technique work in. This week will be warmer and a lot of fun, it’s the Lake Louise Camp!! Woo hoo! 😛

    Monday (17)
Skate ski – the snow makers and groomers have been busy so there will be lots of trails to explore. We’ll be heading out for some downhill and agility practice. Meet at the Team Room at 5pm. Don’t forget your water belt and head lamp!

    Wednesday (19)
Tonight we will be joining in with the LC1’s for Classic sprint skills from 5:15 – 5:55pm. This will be a two part session – Classic ski then foam roller workshop 6 – 6:30pm. In the workshop we will be learning about how to use a foam roller to help us recover from sessions and keep us nice and loose so we can move well on our skis. Wax with multiple layers of Rode Multigrade or Swix Blue Extra before 5pm so that the Team is ready to start skiing at 5pm. Meet at the Team Room. Don’t forget your water belt and head lamp!

    Friday (21) – Sunday (23)
    Lake Louise Camp
Skiers are should arrive at the LL Hostel at 2:30pm (Friday) and be ready to leave for the session at 2:45pm. We will skate ski on HWY 1A at 3pm sharp.

Check the camp notice sent out by Matt DeCarufel for full camp details on what to bring.

All roads that lead to success have to pass through hard work Boulevard at some point.
