Hi everyone!
great job T2s at the weekend camp! this type of training is really helpful in building fitness and skill.

Here is the week ahead

Tuesday, Nov 20 – classic – with this fresh snow, pls put on rode multigrade. 5-630pm

Thursday, Nov 22 – skate – 5-630pm meet at the team room. this practice is aimed at the T2s, as the T1s are heading to the LL camp on friday. optional for T1s – only if there is no homework or packing stress and the energy to do it.

Friday, Nov 23 – T1 LL camp – meet at Moraine Lake Rd at 3pm with your skate gear. More details about LL camp to be sent out early in the week.

Sat Nov 24 – Sun Nov 25 – LL camp for T1s. T2 practice will be at 930 at the nordic centre – classic ski meet at the team room. Thank you Gary Martin for leading our T2 saturday practice this week. All done saturday morning at 1130am. Wax recommendation – base layer – toko green or rode black base; grip – 4 or 5 layers of rode multigrade or swix blue extra. Have fun!
