– Register for the Canmore AB Cup on zone4. Remember to enter as Canmore Nordic and not CNSC (Skate is on Saturday)
– Glide wax your skis with Solda Performance Red when they START to get white
– I will get a shipment of Solda red later this week. It’s $35 for a block of 250 grams. Exact change is appreciated.

Wednesday: Race Prep Intensities 4:30-6
