    Hello Team,

    First race week has arrived! Things to know and do before then:

    Friday Race Prep:
    We will be offering an optional race prep session on Friday, we will do course analysis, ski testing, and race prep on the range. I know its a half day for many you so you can choose between 2 time slots. 3:00-4:15 Or 4:45-6:00.
    Ski Preperation/Drop Off: 
    Race skis can be left in the teamoom after training on Friday, for coaches to race wax Sat morning. Please wax race skis with CH6 or Ulla Red/Black. If you are testing skis Friday make sure they are all waxed with the same wax. If you can not attend training on Friday contact me so we can arrange a different drop off time.
    Team Meeting: 
    We will do a virtual team meeting on Friday night after the coaches meeting, planning for 8pm as long as the TCM is wrapped up by then. We will go over start lists, zero lanes, zero times, etc.

    Schedule: 
    As of now it sounds like Senior Boys/Girls will be in the morning catagories with Dev athletes in the afternoon catagory. However there is a chance that the Senior catagory could be switched to the afternoon.

    Monday(25) – Biathlon
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:15 Light Intensity

    Tuesday(26)
    Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:45 With Cross Country

    Wednesday(27) – Biathlon 
    Multi/Primo/TTS
    4:45-6:15 Shooting with Sprints.
    Thomas will be doing another session right after training. This one will be on race planning. Bring paper and a pencil for notes and see xc forum for more details.

    Thursday(28)
    TTS
    5:00-6:00 Strength with Chelsea

    Friday(29) – Race Prep 
    For those racing Calforex #1
    Your choice of 2 time options, 3:00-4:15 or 4:45-6:00.
    The workout will be:
    – Zero
    – Course analysis with coach
    – Black loop at Z5 with a double shoot, PS
    – Range entry x2, PS
    – Range exit x2, PS
    – There will be some time at the end to work some individual needs.
    During the workout is your chance to test skis, set up your skis by the range exit and swap between paris throughout the workout. Coaches are happy to help test skis as well.

    Saturday(30) Short Individual, PSPS 
    Those not racing can join cross country training today.

    Sunday (Dec 1) – Sprint, PS

    Monday (Dec 2) – Rest Day, no team training.
