Now that the light is changing, skiers should bring a head lamp to every workout!!
Monday (3)
Skate ski on Frozen Thunder (No FT pass required). Please make sure you have scraped your skis before the start of the session at 5pm!
Wednesday (5)
Run with crazy strength stops and hill bounding accelerations! Meet at the Quarry Lake carpark ready for a 5pm start, bring your drink belt and ski striding poles.
If you would like to have the wax pocket checked on your classic skis then please drop your skis off to the Team Room and email me to let me know they are there. Skis should be check before we head to the Lake Louise Camp.
Monday 10th our training session will be in the morning. Details to be confirmed in the next Forum update.
