here is the upcoming week

Tuesday Nov 5 – 5-630 – meet at the team room – classic skiing on frozen thunder – Carol will lead this practice – Roy is away. prepare your skis with 4-5 layers of rode multigrade

Thursday Nov 7 –
T2s – meet roy at 445 at bwtc weight room – T1s meet Chris at 500pm at bwtc weight room
530-630pm – skate skiing on frozen thunder

Sat Nov 9 – no practice – coaches are in Calgary at coaches association of Canada conference

Sun Nov 10 – 9am-11am – moraine lake road – classic skiing! prepare you skis with 4-5 layers of rode multigrade. bring water, snack, warm clothes
