    Hi everyone,
With all the snow we don’t have much choice but to ski out there! Running and rollerskiing will be way to slippery.

So with that in mind here is the plan:

Monday: Classic ski, CNC followed by a little inside strength session. Please bust out your classics and ideally put a base binder on them – this will help keep the kick wax on. It is likely going to be Rode Multigrade, do 3 or 4 good layers. I will update tomorrow once I see what the temperature is.

    What you need to bring:
-classic skis (already waxed), classic poles and boots
CLEAN, DRY running shoes that have not been worn outside in the wet/dirty parking lot (otherwise you will be in socks in the gym)
    – water
    – a HEADLAMP (very important , we can’t ski without this now because of the time change and no lights at CNC on FT loop)

Thursday: Skate skiing, CNC BRING A HEADLAMP! We are going where there are no lights.

    Coming up:
Next Monday, November 11: I know it is a holiday and we don’t usually have sessions on holidays but I would like to run a practice next Monday 4-5:30pm for those that are keen and available. We have had lots of cancelled/missed sessions lately because of the camp and Halloween so I would like to exceptionally have a session on Nov.11 if kids can make it

    Next Thursday: no Session
Next Friday, Nov. 15th: Gymnastics session at the Rec Center 5:30-6:30 for all LT1s, more details to come (LT2s are in camp)

    See you out there!

    Rhonda
