    Tuesday 7:00-8:30pm Gymnasitics. Bring outdoor clothes, toque, mitts, and a headlamp.

    Thursday 5:00-6:30pm. Indoor/Outdoor session. We will be running first, bring a headlamp. And then we will be going inside for some strength/flexibility/core and movement skills. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as well as a t-shirt for inside.
