Tuesday 4:45-6:15 Ski Striding at the CNC. Bring a headlamp.
Wednesday 4:45-6:15 Run, sprints and Gym strength. We will be running first, bring a headlamp. Also bring dry/indoor shoes for the gym.
Saturday: 9:45 – 12:00 Lake Louise – Moraine Lake Road. classic skiing
The skiing is fantastic, good skis can be used, or warm up skis.
I will meet you in the parking lot at 9:45 to wax skis. Phone a team mate if you need a ride.
Check the forum on Friday for wax recommendations. Please have skis scraped, brushed, with base binder on! (two layers of cold green kick wax ironed into the grip zone, cork when warm to smoothe, let cool)
Plan on good recovery – bring water (sport drink) for skiing, dress appropriately, dry shirt to change into after skiing, snack to eat within 20 minutes of finishing, then lunch to eat in car on the way home.
