    We will go skiing at Lake Louise this Wednesday and potentially Saturday, if the conditions are acceptable. Please organize transportation.

     

    The Calforex Cup Registration will open Monday at 8pm. Please make sure you have your Biathlon Alberta and Canada Memberships completed. Find your membership number here:

    The AB Cup registration will open on Sunday at 8am. Make sure that you have renewed your licence(s) beforehand. Schedule below:

    Monday (9):

    0645-0800: Strength in the gym – Supremo’s only

    BRING YOUR HEADLAMP

    1645-1815: Skate Biathlon Combo – With Sprints  – Primo and Supremo

    DROP OFF SKIS FOR SKI TESTING!

    Tuesday (10):
    Supremo Only

    BRING YOUR HEADLAMP
    1645-1700 Warm up OYO. CLASSIC INTENSITY – Classic Poles with Skate Skis. Meet by lane 31 at 1700. You will be done at 1815.

    Wednesday (11):
    Primo-Supremo

    9:30-12:30. SKATE Ski at Lake Louise. Details posted on XC Forum.

    Glide wax your skate race skis for tomorrow’s TT with Swix CH6.

    Thursday (12):

    1645-1815: Biathlon Time Trial – Skate. Prepare for lots of intensity shooting. 

    Friday (13):
    Primo-Supremo

    Primo-Supremo

    POD 1 ARRIVES AT 9:15 – PLEASE drive alone or if you must, carpool within your pod.

    04/05 Pick up at 12:30. 06 Pick up at 12:00.

    There is still gate construction at the Moraine Lake Road parking lot. We will meet at the Chateau parking lot, where tramline starts. See map.
