LC+ athlete need to sign up and come to the Skilog sessions this week. Read carefully on the sign up sheet, what you need to do ahead of time

Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday (12): Check your TP
Tuesday (13): Rest day. Many skilogs
Wednesday (14): LC, LC+. Skate time trial, about 5-6km. Make sure your skis are freshly glided with Solda Performance red and wear your race suit. Do not eat a lot and hard to digest items. Refer to Kelly Anne’s suggestion from her slides. 430-600, Team room. Skilog today as well.
Thursday (15): LC, LC+. Short run + strength in gym. 430-630. More skilogs
Saturday (17): LC, LC+ 9:00-11:00, meet at team room. GUEST COACHES TY GODFREY AND DOMINIQUE MONCION-GROULX. Classic for 1.5hrs followed by 30min run. NO NEED FOR A FT PASS ANYMORE, JUST YOUR REGULAR WINTER SEASON PASS
