Here’s the plan for this week:
Note for LC+: Ski log on Friday (17) for those that haven’t done it yet. This means all your classic race skis will need to be scraped and clean. 1 single ski for each skate pair and both classic skis will need to be scraped. https://doodle.com/poll/rbyx8z7vvrexvbqx
Monday (13): LC+ 6:30-7:45 Strength at the BWTC
Tuesday (14): LC & LC+ 4:30-6:00 Classic intensity on Frozen Thunder. Small snack only. Meet at the team room
Wednesday (15): No workout today. Adaptation day – stretch and roll
Thursday (16): LC & LC+ 4:30-6:30 Skate ski + strength. Ladies ski first and gents starting in the gym. Meet at the team room.
Saturday (18): LC & LC+ 9:30-11:30. No need for a FT pass, but your regular CNC pass is required starting today. Skate skiing. Meet at team room.
Sunday (19): LC & LC+. Morning classic time trial in Lake Louise. 5km for all LC/LC+. Arrive at 9:15am for a 1 hour ski before the TT. Glide wax with Solda Red, grip wax with Rode multigrade. I suggest you bring a backpack to the start with extra clothes, long john top, gloves, tuques. Also carry a cork and Rode multigrade and a Rode violet.
