445-645 Strength and skate ski. Drop your ski equipment at the teamroom. U18 in the gym first.
Wednesday (16)
Primo-Multi
445-645: Skating- Natural snow adventure (Matt to confirm trail conditions Tuesday), but plan on warm up/old skis. Meet at team room.
Thursday (17)
Primo-Multi
445-615: Classic intensity. Cool down will be on foot, bring your running shoes. Meet at team room.
Saturday (19)
Primo-Multi
930-1100: Longer classic time trial. Meet at the end of the Flags (US end) so we can make a start list. Please be on time.
Course: Banff lit loop clockwise- Going up 2 bridge hill. Start/Lap/Finish at bottom of hill jct 5.
The loop is 2.2km.
U16- 3 laps for 6.6km
U18- 4 laps for 8.8km
Start will be at 10:15, males then females.
