Hello Team,
Well done this weekend T3s at the Lake Louise Camp and everyone in the Time Trial on Sunday. Good to get another hard effort under your belts and tune up for the race season. We expect you to be tired this week from the big load of training, so this is a true recovery week coming up. Please note the adjusted times on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday to give you more time to recover. LC’s need some recovery too!
We have had A LOT of metronomes go missing over the past few sessions so please check your pockets if you forgot to return one after skiing.
Tuesday(19): 4:45-6:15 Zone 1A Classic Ski. Know your Zone 1A numbers and come prepared to ski in that zone. Biathletes: go in skating. We will pick you up in the biathlon stadium at 5:20pm.
Wednesday(20): NO TRAINING FOR ALL ATHLETES. Take the day completely off and let yourself absorb all this great training you have done.
Thursday(21): 4:30-6:30 Skate Ski and Strength. You absolutely need a headlamp today. Be sure to bring recovery drink/snack for right after training.
Saturday(22): 10:00-11:30 Skate Ski with speed work.

* Register for AB Cup #1-2. Check notice on our website. Make sure you get a CCC racing licence first.
* We will not train on Thursday (28) next week but on Friday (29) afternoon. Plan accordingly
