Just over 2 weeks and we are off to Sovereign for the first races of the season! Biathletes kicking it off the week before. Our next deadline for race sign ups on our club sheet is Nov 20, but if you know your race plan for the year, go for it and fill in as much as you can. Link: HERE
Monday- Thomas Grandi will be doing a presentation about mental performance right after training 6:15-7:00 in the Haig Room. This is a great piece to focus on and bring into our upcoming race season. Please plan accordingly so you can attend. Bring a dry shirt, socks, and a snack.
Wednesday- Drop off in the teamroom for ski grinding. See email from Matt on Sunday for more details.
