We will be adding a shooting session on Friday the 29th for official training/course analysis.
Monday- Thomas Grandi will be doing a presentation about mental performance right after training 6:15-7:00 in the Haig Room. This is a great piece to focus on and bring into our upcoming race season. Please plan accordingly so you can attend. Bring a dry shirt, socks, and a snack.
Wednesday- Drop off in the teamroom for ski grinding. See email from Matt on Sunday for more details.

4:45-6:15 Z2 combo with some sprints.
Mental performance presentation right after training finishing by 7pm. Bring a dry shirt, socks, and a snack.
Tuesday(19)
Primo/TTS
4:45-6:45 Skate agility and Strength. Changing it up: U16 outside first, U18 in the gym first. Skiers, meet at the start of Frozen thunder.
Wednesday(20) – Biathlon

4:45-6:45 Skate Intensities, ladder style intensity.

9:00-10:30 Classic intensity- Z5. Meet at the start of Frozen Thunder at 9am.
10:30-12:00 Biathlon, Precision test do over. Looking for a standing team average of 50%, if you complete this there will be a prize!!
