Hello,
The first races of the season have arrived! You all have done a lot of great training throughout the summer and fall, now it is time to have some fun with all that fitness and give it all for some races. As always, information for the races will be shared on the forum on Friday and Saturday evening around 8pm after the Team Captains Meeting. Glide wax recommendation will be emailed on Thursday with details about dropping off race skis.
Register for the AB Cup on Zone 4. Details on our website and at the top of the forum. DEADLINE TO ENTER IS NOV 21ST AT 11PM.
Everyone should have your CCC race license all squared away by now.
Training this week:
Monday(19) ski on your own as per training peaks.Tuesday (20) 4:30-6:30 LC/LC+ Short Run/Agility and Strength. Meet at the BWTC.
Wednesday (21) 4:30-6:00 LC/LC+ Classic Intensity – BullsEye. Meet at the teamroom. A HEADLAMP IS A MUST
Thursday (22) No team training due to races and course inspection on Friday. Today’s session moved to Wednesday.
Friday (23) 4:30-5:30 LC/LC+ Course inspection – Skating. Meet at the teamroom.
Saturday (24) AB Cup 1 – Skate Race
Sunday (25) AB Cup 2 – Classic Race
