Fantastic effort this weekend to all those who were part of the Bow Valley Camp. I was very impressed with how you all “rolled with it” with all the changes in activities and also how you all made the effort to work with the LCs and LT2s. A solid few days of training and team building indeed!

This will be a very busy week for all those involved in the exchange so please make sure you get in to bed on time, keep your fluids up and rest when you can. (And read all the details on this Forum post 😛 )

    Monday 21st 5 – 6:30pm @ Bill Warren Training Centre
Due to the ‘live out’ nature of the camp this weekend we missed out on an opportunity to have a team meeting. We are going to get together for Athlete Education tonight, talk about how things are going so far, develop our team motto and also talk about race planning and managing your time on race days. I would like ALL team members to attend. There is no physical activity so dress casually and please bring a pencil case so you can make notes.

an optimist sees the same glass as half full.
