Great weekend with the LT2 kids who were able to make it to Lake Louise. You can take Monday night off and make your parents dinner!

Hot Box Reminder for this week. if you have new skis the hot box system is equivalent to 20 glide wax sessions this season. Hot Boxing your skis makes them fast!

Monday 5:00-6:30
Classic Ski, wax your skis with swix vg35 as a base binder and then add 4 layers of multigrade violet. If the temperature dips we will add another layer of swix blue extra. My plan is to be on the snow at 5:00 so please be on time.

I will be sending you out a race prep document for the upcoming AB cup / AWG races next weekend.
If you have not yet registered for the race you need to register online at zone4.ca and search AB cup 1,2 Haywood 2016
