    Hello TTs,
Awesome racing over the weekend at the AB Cup. Remember from Sara’s talk in Lake Louise, reflect for just a moment on what went well, what didn’t work out, and what you can improve on for next time. The season is just starting, so lots of great racing opportunities to come.

For email correspondence, please address to Hilary and Matt.

Wax clinics are happening all week. This is a good chance to learn skills to make waxing easier and more efficient. Sign up on the doodle here: https://doodle.com/poll/64qb3ahcmunbb4ur

    Training this week:
Monday 26th – No Training, recover after a great weekend of racing

    Tuesday 27th @ CNC
    TT Biathlon

    Wednesday 28th @ CNC 5:00-6:30
Classic ski. We are getting warm again with similar conditions as last week. Wax recommendation: Thin layer of Swix Uni Klister covered with a layer of Rhode violet multigrade hard wax. How to: apply klister, let ski cool outside. While outside and ski cold, gently crayon on a layer of hardwax (easier if hardwax also cold). Cork quickly, and as little as possible, with longer gentle strokes. Do the best you can, this wax job won’t look perfect.

We will ski regardless. If the wax doesn’t work, we will double pole 🙂

Saturday 1st Calforex cup for BIA or Distance Skate Ski @ CNC 12:30-2:00
With all the travel and racing that has happened/coming up, we will stay close to home today. Meet at the teamroom with your skate ski equipment, and running shoes. Today will primarily be a distance skate ski, but will do a bit of running as well given the limitation of trails available at CNC due to the races.
