Preliminary information for the AB Cup on DEC 2&3 was emailed out last week. Contact Matt if you have questions.
The weather forecast shows it will be very challenging kick waxing for Monday, so we have traded Monday and Wednesday compared to the monthly overview:
Monday 27th 5:00-6:30PM @ CNC
Skate Ski working on the AB Cup race courses, efficient transitions, speed work, and race tactics. We will have special guests Etienne and Michael from the AWCA joining us tonight to help share their knowledge and experience from years of ski racing!
If you races in both races at the Calforex Cup, do not come to training and rest today. If you raced in only 1 race, AND your energy is good, come to training.
Tuesday 28th 6:30-8:00PM @ CNC
TT Biathlon
Wednesday 29th 5:00-6:30PM @ CNC
Classic Ski working on the AB Cup race courses, mass starts, and transitions. We have special guests Patrick Stewart-Jones (AIAWCA) and Maja MacIsaac-Jones (NST) joining us tonight.
Wax Recommendation: Universal klister tonight, which means waxing from the .2 to .2 on your kick zone.
Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd @ CNC

Saturday 2nd is the Alberta Winter Games trials race so if you are keen to go to AWG for cross country you should do this race 🙂
