    Hello,

    The first set of races are upon us! You have all done lots of great training this year and really built up your foundation of fitness. Over the next 3 weeks while we are racing lots, really focus on your rest and recovery to have good energy for the races.

    Preliminary information for the AB Cup on DEC 2&3 was emailed out last week. Contact Matt if you have questions.

    Training this week:
    Monday(27) 6:30-7:45 LC+ Strength. Meet at the BWTC

    Tuesday(28) 4:30-6:00 LC, LC+ Classic intensity. It is forecasted to be +5 today, a great chance to test out your Plus skis with some klister. Blue klister base + universal on top. Meet at the teamroom.

    Wednesday(29) 4:30-6:10 LC+ Classic distance and the possibility to do stationary bike too. 2 options 1) ski 45min then bike 45min 2) ski for 1:40. Meet at the teamroom.

    Thursday(30)– NO TEAM TRAINING. Rest up for the weekend

    Friday(1) 2:30-3:30 Skate Race Prep for the AB CUP. Bring skis that you want to test. The goal is to narrow it down to 1 pair. Meet at the team room.

    Saturday(2) & Sunday(3)- AB CUP
