445-600: Light intensity in classic. Meet at the biathlon clock at 445. Wax: Swix universal klister mixed with Rode Rossa 2:1, nice and smooth!
Wednesday (1)
No team session today. Check Training Peaks for the workout to complete OYO or with a friend. Athletes racing in the U16 & U18 categories in Sovereign: Bring your skate and classic race skis to get glide waxed (scraped and cleaned before please). Drop off at the front door of Alpine Alberta between 445pm and 500pm and pick up at 600pm. If you can’t pick up your skis at 6pm, we will leave them inside the bwtc.
