    Hello,

With daylight savings, it will now be dark for the majority of our evening training sessions. It is MANDATORY to have a headlamp with you at every PM training session. Change/charge your batteries and put it in your drink belt so you always have it. It is for your safety as well as safety of others to avoid collisions.

The Deadline to register for the Frozen Thunder Sprints & Distance race is Nov 11 at noon.
