    Hello Team –

    We are officially in the “in-between” season now…… Since we had to cancel the Lake Louise camp, we will try our best to carry on like a normal week. Please check the forum 1 hr before each session as we might need to change a workout due to conditions.

    Consider the following schedule as your training program for this week. I will give you a personalized plan once outdoor training conditions stabilize.

    Monday (8): Rest day

    Tuesday (9): 4:30-6:30pm. Ski striding + strength in gym. Important to bring clean shoes for the gym.

    Wednesday (10): 4:30-6:15pm. Intensity night, likely ski stride/run. Details TBD, depending on conditions/weather. Take today off if you are attending the ADT/AST camp.

    Thursday (11): No school today. 10:00am-11:30am. Bring your on-snow skate gear AND your rollerski skate gear. We will do some Z1 with technique focus. We could also go in the gym, so bring that equipment too! Some of you will be at the ADT/AST camp.

    Friday (12): Be active in Z1 for 1hr today, phone a friend. Some of you have the ADT/AST camp or volleyball zones.

    Saturday (13): 10:00am-noon, team room. We will classic ski (on-snow). Put a layer of basewax plus 5 layers of Rode multigrade purple. The new loop is great to ski on, fun-fun…. or ADT/AST camp or volleyball zones.

    Sunday (14): No team training today. Try to go ski today on the frozen thunder (1-1.5hrs) or go for a 1hr run. All easy Z1.

    Monday (15): Rest day
