    NOTE:

    The AB Cup registration will NOT open on Sunday anymore. Most likely on Tuesday. Make sure that you have renewed your licence(s) beforehand. Also, I would like to discuss with some of you in which category to race in.

    Monday (9):
    Supremo only today

    0645-0800: Strength in the gym.

    1645-1800: Classic ski. Meet in biathlon stadium. Wax: Rode multigrade kickwax over the VG35 binder should work great. It’s ok if you have a bit of klister underneath.

    Tuesday (10):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    Pod 2: 1615-1645* Warm up in classic OYO with 2min in double pole at mid Z4. CLASSIC INTENSITY, also bring skate skis (so 2 pairs of skis!). Meet in biathlon stadium at 1645. You will be done at 1745. *Some of you might have an exam this afternoon. Come to the workout when you can. I will stay at the CNC until everyone has done their intensity.

    Pod 3: 1645-1700 Warm up OYO. CLASSIC INTENSITY. Meet by the penalty loop at 1700. You will be done at 1815.

    Wax: Rode multigrade kickwax over the VG35 binder should work great. It’s ok if you have a bit of klister underneath.

    Wednesday (11):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    9:30-12:00. Ski at Lake Louise for Pod 2 and 3. We will skate on the Great Divide (1A). Meet at trailhead and ready to start skiing at 9:30am.

    Thursday (12):

    No team training today. Check your TP. Glide wax your skate race skis for tomorrow’s TT with Swix CH6.

    Friday (13):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    Bring your FT Bib

    10:30 (arrive)-12:00: Skate Time Trial for pod 2 and 3. 

    Plan your warm up and pacing strategy ahead of time and write it down on Training Peaks.

    Pod 3: first start at 11:00am
    Pod 2: first start at 11:15am

    Distances:

    2003 men: 4 laps (10.4km)
    Everyone else: 3 laps (7.8km)

    TT COURSE:

    Saturday (14):
    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    Ski at Lake Louise in classic. Meet at Tramline Trailhead in the upper parking lot. Look for Rachel’s Cheeto! 20 minute rule applies…

    Pod 2: Be ready to ski at 9:30 from the parking lot. You will ski for 3 hours. Bring a snack for mid ski and a large lunch for after.

    Pod 3: Be ready to ski at 9:30 from the parking lot. You will ski for 3 hours. Bring a snack for mid ski and a large lunch for after.

    Wax: Swix VG 35 base with Rode Multigrade purple on top. No klister.
