    Hello T3 athletes/parents and older.

You are scheduled to attend a nutrition workshop on Thursday Nov 4th. There will actually be 2 workshop run by CNSC that day. Roddy and I want you and a parent to attend if you are a T3/LC athlete. PC’s can come without a parent (but parents are still welcome).

    WORKSHOP #1:
Basic nutrition for young athletes: 4:45-6:15pm, BWTC. This workshop will run first and it will be for T1/T2 athletes and also for anyone in the T3 program or older that have not attended a workshop by sport dietitician, Kelly Anne Erdman before. Plan to attend it if you are new to nutrition.

    WORKSHOP#2:
Intermediate nutrition for athletes: 6:30-8:00pm, BWTC. This workshop is for athletes that have some experience in nutrition (T3 and older). You need to prepare for this workshop by manually entering online all the food/drink you consume for 3 days. Pick 3 days before the workshop and enter “regular” days of eating (do not change your habits for those 3 days). Go to http://www.eatracker.ca and take an assessment and sign-in to enter the food/drinks you consume for the 3 days. This website offer this free service and is owned by the Dietitians of Canada. Print your assessment once completed and bring to workshop #2. Please don’t wait to the last minute to do this. I realise that it is time consuming, but it will help you a lot in your sporting endeavor.

The fee is $10 per family to offset the cost of the workshop. Bring the correct amount that day.
