    Hi everyone,

Here is the schedule for this week (keep reading until the bottom, this is a mega post, lots of important info for the weekend):

Monday – CNC, Treasure hunt, running .
Modeled after “The Amazing Race”, teams will have to complete “challenges” before they get their next clue. THIS IS THE LAST DAY OF REGULAR MONDAY DRYLAND FOR THE INTRO KIDS BEFORE THE 4 WEEK BREAK.

Wednesday – T1/T2 Gymnastics 7-8:30pm at Canmore Rec Centre
Come dressed for outdoor running with shorts and t shirt as your base layer. Bring a headlamp, we will be warming up outside.

Thursday – No session (Wednesdays replace Thursdays)

Friday – Consignment for ski swap, check website home page for times
Saturday – Ski swap, 8:30 – 12:00pm, check website home page for details

Sunday – Sulphur/ Sally Borden Day in Banff.  This is ALL DAY fun!! This has been on the schedule for many years and is one that everyone loves (ask the older kids and they still LOVE IT!)
So here is how it looks:

    Schedule for the day:

9:30am – meet at Sulphur Mtn. upper parking lot
9:30-11:30am – ski walk up Sulphur Mtn. and take the gondola down
11:30am – noon – shuttle kids up to Sally Borden at Banff Centre Noon – Lunch at Sally Borden restaurant (buffet)
    1pm-2:30pm Gym time
2:30pm -4pm swim (kids will be ready for pick-up right at 4pm)

    What to bring:

-$20 to cover lunch, gym and swim (payable to Rhonda at the beginning of the day)
    -ski walking poles
-hiking shoes/boots if you have them (there is lots of snow on Sulphur) and warm winter layers for the hike, water, and a snack (small, got to save room for the yummy lunch)
-shorts, t-shirt and a dry pair of running shoes for the gym
    -swimmsuit, towel, goggles

All parents are invited to join us for the hike and it would be great if a few can help shuttle kids up to the Sally Borden building at the Banff Centre. Extra parents can pay for lunch and join us for that part as well(1 parent helper will have expenses paid – email to come on that).

It’s going to be a great week! See you soon

    Rhonda
