TT Weekly Schedule Oct 22-28
Reminders:
- Please be sure to bring the appropriate gear for each session
- Cold/flu season is upon us. Remember to wash your hands often, eat well and get at least 8-10hr of sleep each night. If you are feeling sick, please take a break to rest and recover. Training when you are sick will only make it worse and prolong the sickness!
Weekly Schedule:
Mon 5-6:30 @CNC. Skate snow ski & Skate rollerski combo session! Bring gear for both rollerskiing and snow skiing (helmet, boots, skis, etc)! Make sure you have snow baskets on your skate poles. If you are still sorting out equipment for this season don’t stress, last year’s skis are perfectly appropriate for today’s session. As always, please bring running shoes just in case. Girls roll-ski, Boys ski-roll.
Tues Biathlon. 4:45-6:15 T2, 6:30-8 T1. Arrive 15m early. We’ll be on foot today!
Wed 5-6:30 @CNC. Uphill Monitoring Run & game! Today you will get a chance to challenge yourself by testing your limits in our team running challenge. Please remember to have your pre-workout snack minimum of 1-2hr prior to 5pm.
Sat 12:30-3pm @ Lady Mac trail head. Hike up Lady Mac. Bring a small daypack with water, food, and extra jacket. Hat, buff, and gloves are required! Be prepared for changing weather conditions. Remember dry clothes for after.
