    HI:

    We will have a team meeting for the LC1 at the end of practice on Thursday before you head off to strength. For discussion is a new training plan for Nov and Dec.

    Parent Meeting at 6:00 pm – Update on training plan for Nov/Dec

    Time trial on Saturday:

    Arrive 12:30 – Warm up and practice
    Zero 1:00
    Time Trial at 1:45
