    Hello,

    We are on a hard intensity week. Please take care of yourselves, sleep, eat well, wash your hands. Making it through this week healthy is important.

    Practice this week:

    Monday (30):
    4:30-7:00: Classic Combo with Intensity with Strength after.

    Tuesday (31):
    4:30-6:00: Halloween Night – Bring Runners for shooting combo.

    Wednesday (1):
    4:30-6:00
    Z4 Skate Ski Combo Intensities

    Thursday (2):
    4:30-6:30 Physical Training and Strength with XC (No Shooting)

    Saturday (4):
    8:30-10:30 Early Time (Sorry athletes!) Biathlon TT – Mass Start *Don’t forget a Frozen Thunder Pass Tomorrow!*
