    Hello U16/U18,

    Reminders for this week,

    • Individual meetings are happening, check the team what’s app to be sure and sign up to chat with your coach.
    • Flex testing- we are working through the U14s at the moment and will dive fully into the U16/U18s in early November.
    • Starting November 6 we will be training in the dark every day after school. You have 2 weeks to get your head lamp sorted.  No head lamp= no training. This is for your safety and your teammates safety.

    Training this week:

    Monday(30)
    Multi/Primo/TTS-Dev
4:45-6:00 Skate Ski BE Workout 3-4×6 min with 2 min rest. Cool down 5:35-6:00 Running out to the upper bridge on rollerski loop to hide in the creek with a puffy jacket on and jump out to scare Track Attack athletes. Bring a spooky mask and puffy jacket.

    Tuesday(31)
    Primo/TTS-Dev
4:45-6:45 CL Ski and Strength. U18 in the gym first, U16 skiing first. The solid layer of ICE on frozen thunder means you still need klister.  Wax recommendation: Blue klister (Swix KX30 for example) covered with 3 layers of Rode Violet kick wax.  Apply your klister, let it cool outside for a few minutes then slap that kick wax on. Cork lightly.

Costumes welcome tonight, as long as you can still move/train properly.
