Hi Team,
It’s a pretty easy week of training so you can all recover and gain the benefits of the past few weeks. Tuesday and Thursday will switch around as per what is typical (intensity will be Thursday, combo and strength Tuesday).
Tuesday (1): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1 Sk Ski combo + strength in gym (start with range). Bring outside shoes as well for some combo with movements. No stairs tonight, just the short weight plan.
Wednesday (2): 4:30-6:30pm. Z1-2 SK ski combo till 6:00pm, then 30min of games combo till 6:30pm.
Thursday (3): 4:30-6:30pm. Meet at Three Sisters drive and Three Sisters Parkway for Z1-3 ski striding/run intervals up highline.
Saturday (5): 10:00am-11:30am. Z1 ski + technique on Frozen Thunder.
