    Great day at Banff on Sunday, it was a great workout, with tons of fun and energy in the gym and pool.

    Monday: NO SESSION. Gymnastic block starts. 4 week break for ITA kids.

    Tuesday: 7:00-8:30pm Gymnastics at the Rec centre. Kids need warm outdoor clothes as we will be warming up for 30 minutes outside and then going inside for the last hour. Please have shorts and a t-shirt under their warm ups.

    Wednesday: Cut off to sign up for Pizza Party night: http://doodle.com/c64epmqv697s2xrx This is for all Track Attackers.

    Thursday: 5:00-6:30 CNC Orienteering. Bring running shoes and a water bottle, we will be running the whole time. If there is a parent or two that would like to join the coaching staff for this session, that would be great as we can split up into smaller groups.

    Friday:5:00-8:30pm CNC and BWTC. Pizza Party. Outdoor clothes and running shoes for the session, dry clothes or at least socks for indoors. Bring a yoga mat or thermarest, we will camp out on the floor for the movie.

    Planning Ahead:
    Lake Louise On Snow Training Camp Nov 25th-27th. This will be a camp open to LT1 and LT2 athletes. It will be a training camp environment centered around getting back on snow. More details to be circulated soon.

    Happy Halloween! Have fun Trick-or-Treating tonight, wear some reflector tape to be seen at night.
