Monday: Happy Thanksgiving! No training

Thursday: Elizabeth Rummel School. Ski walking, agility, strength

Saturday – Sunday : Ribbon Creek Camp!! See attached PDF for all the details.

Note that it is up to parents to transport their child to and from the camp.
LT1/LT2 kids: arrive at Ribbon Crk Hostel at 9:30am Saturday
Intro kids: arrive at hostel at 1:30 pm Saturday
Parents are welcome to join us for the hike on Sunday.

Coming up:
Monday Oct. 15th No session (rest up after big weekend)
Monday, Oct. 22nd Last dryland session for Intro kids
