    Here is our week

    Tuesday Oct 10 – running at CN – meet at team room at 5pm – all done at 6pm tonight – parent meeting from 6-630pm followed by T2 exchange meeting from 630-700pm. Kids dont need to stay for meetings but can if that works best. Please drop off classic skis at the team room.

    Thursday, Oct 12 – Bow River Sprints – skate roller skiing at Bow River Campground at the Three Sisters overpass. 430-630pm

    Sat Oct 14 – Family Day Hike – stay tuned for details
