Hello Team, here’s the plan for this week:
The focus is the running zones this week.
Tuesday (2): 4:30 – 6:00, Team room. We will run the zones course, do a race prep ans talk about the race. Matteo, please rollerski up and you will do the runnign with us but finish your 2 hours with RS-SK.
Wednesday (3): running zone with your school. Organize your own warm-up for the race. No team training today. Stretch for 15min in the evening.
Thursday (4): 4:30 – 6:30 Strength and classic rollerski.
Sunday (7): Some of you will run the Grizzly run. More details will be passed via email.
