    Race season is quickly approaching and excitement is in the air with Frozen Thunder opening October 18.  Lots of action, so please check your email for updates about individual meetings, requirements for Frozen Thunder, and the upcoming race season so we are well prepared when the first race arrives.

    TUESDAY(12)

    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    4:45-6:15 3,000M Run @ the LGMS Track

    Warm up on your own from 4:45-5:15. First starter at 5:15.

    WEDNESDAY(13)

    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    4:45-6:30 Classic Rollerski at CNC

    Warm up on your own from 4:45-5:00.  Meet at the shed at 5:00 to focus on double poling.

    THURSDAY(14)

    Primo-Supremo

    4:45-6:45 Run and Strength

    Ladies in the gym first, gentlemen running first. Remember your mask for the gym.

    SATURDAY(16)

    Multi-Primo-Supremo

    9:00-13:00 Adventure day!  Classic rollerski and run.

    We will classic rollerski in Banff around the golf course road loop (20 to 25km) then run the Riverside Trail back to the Nordic Centre, finishing at the teamroom.  Meet at the parking lot just before the bridge directions here: https://goo.gl/maps/bB66DGAvdAwJ61P27

    Thank you Tabby for volunteering to shuttle the classic rollerski gear from Banff to the teamroom. Matt will have a water jug to refill your drinkbelts before the run. Don’t forget lots of snacks/bars to keep your energy up for the session.
