    Hello TTs,

Hopefully you all had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving weekend so we can dive into the next period of training!

    Training this week:

Monday(11) No team training as noted last week- happy thanksgiving.

    Tuesday(12) Skate Rollerski @ CNC

5:00-6:30 Skate rollerskiing working on some 2 Skate and sprinting challenges.  Frozen thunder will be starting to be rolled out this week, so we will use extreme caution while we are skiing by the sawdust/snow pile as there will be heavy equipment working.  The session will be up by the top of the teardop well away from working equipment.  Remember, it is getting cooler these days so be sure to have enough clothing to stay warm.  Gloves are always good while rollerskiing.

    Wednesday(13) Biathlon @ CNC

6:30-8:00 Biathlon training. Adjusted Date and Time for Frozen Thunder Closure on Thursday.

Saturday(16) Classic Rollerski @ Banff Golf Course Loop

12:30-2:30 Special adventure day rollerskiing somewhere new and exciting to the TT athletes. We will classic rollerski on the Banff Golf Course Loop. Bring your Classic boots, poles, helmet, gloves, drinkbelt, and snack.  Matt will bring all the club classic rollerskis.  There is very little traffic on this loop with wonderful pavement, but be sure to wear some bright clothing.  Drop off and pick up here at this small parking area: https://goo.gl/maps/S8yuTKLtvfVCd51AA

For those of you who share skis with an older sibling in LC, the older athletes can leave rollerskis with me after their AM session and I will have them for the TTs at our PM session.
